Fees & Logistics

Below are answers to common questions regarding fees & logistics of working with me. If you don’t see your question answered, please contact me.

  • I understand that therapy is an investment.

    Intake sessions are billed at $200.

    Individual sessions are billed at $ 175.

    Therapy sessions are 55 minutes.

  • Before your first full length session you will be asked for a credit card to keep on file in our secure payment system. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. At the end of each session your card will be charged. You can also pay with cash or check and a receipt will be given.

  • Yes, I am in Network with Commercial MVP, CDPHP and Highmark.

    If you are not a member of one of these companies, I am happy to provide you with a receipt (also known as a Super Bill) at the end of each month for out of network benefits.

    If you plan on using these benefits, I strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company to make sure they cover out of network services and to ask how to submit for reimbursement.

  • I ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation. This is necessary because the time is reserved and held exclusively for you.
